You get a flag pack for the MLS (Major League Soccer) out of the USA today. There are included flags for all teams which can be imported by an automatical installation to FIFA 10. The flags for the new team Philadelphia Union which is not included to FIFA 10 can be imported by using the png files and the Creation Master manually.
