The competition file subfolders (FIFA 16\dlc\…) are automatically created if they do not exist.
Settings fields “match_celebrationlevel” and “match_canusefancards”in the file settings.txt are now managed.
When you try to remove team, it appears a dialogue asking if you want to remove players, if you click cancel neither team nor the players are removed (in Beta 1 the team was removed anyway)
Updated the player Overall computation formula (according to fifaccittiu values)
Generic formations in CMP created with FIFA 15 are now converted into specific formation for a team. (FIFA 16 does not allow the usage of generic formations for a team)
Female hair model was not selected correctly when the player is loaded.
Cloned stadiums crashed in game. This was due to an error in the cloned glares files.
BH Regeneration: Now the BH regeneration can be executed also when the database is not loaded. If you launch the regeneration before to load any database, CM asks you to specify the FIFA root folder. If you launch the regeneration after you had open a database and then closed it, CM will regenerate the latest folder.
This feature will allow to recover situations in which the BH files are corrupted.
Player Skills Randomization: physical skills (acceleration, sprint, stamina, strength) have been allowed to achieve higher values also for players with low technical skills. Potential depends more from the age and the current overall, if the player is young the difference between his overall and his potential can be higher.
Player Transfer\Loan: added a control for setting the transfer date to be used when a player is transferred or loaned. Added the buttons for Loaning a player, the loan end date is set by default one year after the transfer date but can be changed in the Player Page.
Player Heads: 3D models can now be imported from FIFA 15, both in Player Page and from CMP patch.

Dear friends, at last CM 15 official release is available in the download section. I think this version is stable enough to be used also by a not expert editor. Anyway be aware that editing FIFA may corrupt your game, therefore I always recommend to backup your FIFA directory before to start editing.
Another important recommendation is to follow the technique of “small steps”. Do some editing, save it and try it. If it doesn’t work you always have the possibility to restore the previous files that CM 15 automatically saves with a .bak extension (for example fifa_ng_db.db.bak). Doing a lot of editing in one session may cause a crash and you don’t really know why.
In addition you must be aware that, even if the modding is correct, the game could crash because of some limitations embedded in the game itself. For example the file compobj.txt used for describing the tournament in career has a limited size (about 1770 lines) and if you go over FIFA will crash. To my knowledge nobody has foung yet the a workaround for this limitation.
Nevertheless there are lots of modding to FIFA 15 that you can do and works fine. For example I have created all the leagues of South america, including Copa Libertadores and Copa Nissan

We are moving forward to the official release of CM 15. You can download Beta 4 right now. I hope this will be the last beta, if we will find only minor bugs, I will fix them during this week and I’m planning to release the official version during the next week-end.

Extract the database
In FIFA 14 the database are archived in .big files. Before you can edit the databases (main or local languages) you need to extract them. Use the Menu “FileExtract from .BIG”. This operation will extract and remove the databases form the .big. After this operation FIFA 14 will start to use the database extracted and any change takes effect in the game.
File Master 15 for FIFA 15 by Rinaldo
File Master 15 has a few differences when compared with previous versions: the most important is that it does not allow you to modify the original .big files and keep them as read only. In this way it is much more easy to recover the original functionality of the game if something in the editing goes wrong. The files present in a big archive can be visible or hidden and this is achieved modifying the corresponding BH file. The regenerate process will automatically hide any archived file that has a corresponding file saved in the folder structure or make it visible if the corresponding file in the folder structure is not present. So, if we want to see a new version of a file rather than the original, we just need to put the new version in the proper folder location and regenerate. If we remove the new file the original one will return visible at the next r regeneration.

– sucht im neuen Fenster eure extrahierte Datenbank: die “Main database” ist in EA Sports\FIFA 11\Game\data\db
– ihr müsst die XML und die “fifa_ng_db” auswählen (im jeweiligen Fenster)
– die “Local database” befindet sich im Ordner FIFA 11\Game\data\loc, wobei die Deutsche die “ger_de_meta” und die “ger_de” ist.
Macht vor dem Gebrauch des Tools unbedingt ein Backup eurer originalen Datenbanken!!!
Wichtig: Nach Änderungen im DB Master könnt ihr nicht mehr online spielen!!!

– The “Local database” is located in the FIFA 11 \ game \ data \ loc, with the German “ger_de_meta” and the “ger_de is.
Power before you use the tools essential to backup your original database!
